It is your duty, as the applicant, to ensure the entire application is filled out correctly and submitted by the stipulated deadline. By forwarding this application, I recognize that the selection of recipients rests with the International Pipeline and Offshore Contractors Association (IPLOCA) based on the criteria outlined in the program's guidelines, and their decisions are conclusive. Upon submission, IPLOCA claims ownership of this application. I acknowledge that IPLOCA will utilize the personal details from this application to assess applicants and identify scholarship contenders. I affirm my eligibility for this program, and to the best of my awareness, all details furnished are complete and accurate. If requested, I am prepared to validate this data, including presenting an official grade transcript and reference letters from the organisations with which I am involved. I understand that falsification of information may result in termination of any award granted.
